We live in a culture that has gotten comfortable with dysfunction.  We also live in a culture where the very powerful elites know how to enslave everyone else on complete stupidity.

14,000 hours of school you had from kindergarten to the 12th grade.  Not a single class did you have teach you wise and foolish with money. Not a single class to prepare you for the financial world in which you live in. And then some of you spent even more money to go to college and still wasn’t taught a single thing about the financial world in which you live.

So how in the world are you suppose to pick this stuff up?  Where did you learn how to spend money?  From your parents!  How many of your parents were not in the 2 percent? History repeats itself again and again and again.    You spend the way your parents spend.

Most parents don’t set their kids down to teach them about money.  Most parents just tell you to get a job.  Then what do you do with what you make?  You spend it.  You were taught by society lead by a government that has enslaved its people in debt on purpose.  Why?  People who are in debt are fearful.  And fearful people are easy to control.

Independent thinkers?  Freedom?  That’s not what they want.  They want us to be in debt. They make LOTS of money selling debt.

Parents you’re teaching your kids how to spend money whether you know it or not.  They are watching how you spend it.  How many of you don’t want your kids to end up with the same financial struggles you have?

If you are serious about Destroying Debt First you have to get rid of the rest of your ego because automatically you are going to want to defend your money, your financial habits, and you’re going to want to defend you’re debt.

You cannot do that and expect to no longer be in debt!  Kill your ego and that softens the soil for new seed to be planted in you for sweeter fruit tomorrow. Keep the soil hard with unteachability driven by an ego and new seed cannot be sown and you are screwed.

98 percent of the population uses money to spend it all and most of them have no idea where there money goes. If you are spending all you make now, then when you make more money you will continue to spend all your money and still be broke. The more you make the more you spend and the further in debt you go!

Want proof?  Easy!

Are you making more today then you did when you first got out of high school?  And are you less or further in debt than when you got out of high school?  98 percent of you the answer is yes and yes which proves you have a spending problem enslaving you with debt. When you first entered the work force you had no debt at all.  Odds are you’re making more money today then you did when you first started working but you’re further in debt! Somebody tantalized you with college loans, credit cards, and car loans. Guess who tantalized you with loans?  The 2 percent of the population did because they know that you want what you want and you want it now. The 2 percent knows you want instant gratification and you’re willing to pay more for it to get it now.

That’s 98 percent of the population and that is a poverty habit.  Poverty wants what they want, they are going to pay more on interest to be able to get it.  There is a difference between spending and investing. Poverty people live as they show all their stuff and spend all they make.  That’s the mind set of 98 percent of the population.  There are rich people who show off all their stuff and spend all they make and they are also of poverty. This proves that a financial class does not dictate poverty.  Poverty is a mind set followed by a habit of living as they show all their stuff and spending all they make and both rich and poor people have it.

Make a LOT of money and take a portion of it and really help the causes that really beat in your heart versus being taken advantage of financially again by the same people who keep borrowing money from you, keep getting things for free from you, never using what you’ve given them for free, and not valuing what you’ve given to them for free.

Its time to make a lot of profit and taking a portion of that profit to help the causes that really beat in your heart.  That’s being faithful with the money.  Whats not being faithful with the money is handling your desire to save the day and you give it to someone who asks for it again and again and again because it makes you feel good. There is nothing like helping those who cannot help themselves.

Stop Enabling people!

Stop getting in their way!

Let them deal with their own consequences!

They need to suffer their own consequences. If someone keeps coming to you for money its because they haven’t paid their own price for the mistakes they made financially. You’re paying the price.  You are not the savior.  Let them pay their own consequences so they can grow up and learn how to take care of themselves financially.

98% of the population excuses away all their vision, their dreams, their goals, and then the next step they do is they excuse away yours.  They tell you that you’re stupid if you go after your dreams in bad economic times like this.  They lost their dreams and now they are going to try and pollute yours.

2% will encourage you to be all that you desire to be and say nothing is impossible you work hard and go for it!  That’s what 2% knows that’s what they say and that’s how they live and they’ve got the results in their life that proves it.  They aint no talk and no action they’re talk with results!   But 98% of the population gave up their dreams and are going make sure they can pollute everyone else around them and make sure they give up their dreams to.  Why?  Because when you actually go after your dreams yourself it makes them feel a little uncomfortable.  Why?  Because they realize that something was possible.  Because they realize when they see you go after it it sheds some light on them

98% of the population destroys their dreams and destroys others dreams and 2% of the population says WOW there is a lot I wanna do!  2% of the population is not limited by their bank account.  YOU are not limited by your bank account you’re limited by your brain and your lack of understanding that your dream somebody else is living it!  Someone else found a way to do it! How they did it is they grew their income circle to finance their dreams.  That’s the difference between 98% and 2%. 98% shrinks their dreams to be just a little bigger than their income so they don’t die.

A man without a Vision WILL Perish. What’s your vision?  Is your vision just big enough to pay off debt?  Is that all you wanna do is make ends meet??  If your vision isnt worthy of you getting out of bed every morning then your vision isn’t big enough.  If your vision isn’t big enough to get you over your biggest fears then your vision isn’t big enough.  If your vision isn’t big enough to cause other people to want to follow you with it then your vision isn’t big enough. If your vision is about You making Money then it isn’t big enough.  You better spend some time growing your vision. What is it?  Where you going?  If you don’t know where you’re going no one else can follow you.  They already know how to go no where!!!

15 Things You Should Give Up To Be Happy by Dana Saviuc

Here is a list of 15 things which, if you give up on them, will make your life a

lot easier and much, much happier. We hold on to so many things that cause us a great deal of pain, stress and suffering – and instead of letting them all go, instead of allowing ourselves to be stress free and happy – we cling on to them. Not anymore. Starting today we will give up on all those things that no longer serve us, and we will embrace change. Ready? Here we go:

1. Give up your need to always be right.There are so many of us who can’t stand the idea of being wrong – wanting to always be right – even at the risk of ending great relationships or causing a great deal of stress and pain, for us and for others. It’s just not worth it. Whenever you feel the ‘urgent’ need to jump into a fight over who is right and who is wrong, ask yourself this question: “Would I rather be right, or would I rather be kind?” Wayne Dyer. What difference will that make? Is your ego really that big?

2. Give up your need for control. Be willing to give up your need to always control everything that happens to you and around you – situations, events, people, etc. Whether they are loved ones, coworkers, or just strangers you meet on the street – just allow them to be. Allow everything and everyone to be just as they are and you will see how much better will that make you feel.

3. Give up on blame. Give up on your need to blame others for what you have or don’t have, for what you feel or don’t feel. Stop giving your powers away and start taking responsibility for your life.

4. Give up your self-defeating self-talk. Oh my. How many people are hurting themselves because of their negative, polluted and repetitive self-defeating mindset? Don’t believe everything that your mind is telling you – especially if it’s negative and self-defeating. You are better than that.

5. Give up your limiting beliefs about what you can or cannot do, about what is possible or impossible. From now on, you are no longer going to allow your limiting beliefs to keep you stuck in the wrong place. Spread your wings and fly!

6. Give up complaining. Give up your constant need to complain about those many, many, maaany things – people, situations, events that make you unhappy, sad and depressed. Nobody can make you unhappy, no situation can make you sad or miserable unless you allow it to. It’s not the situation that triggers those feelings in you, but how you choose to look at it. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking.

7. Give up the luxury of criticism. Give up your need to criticize things, events or people that are different than you. We are all different, yet we are all the same. We all want to be happy, we all want to love and be loved and we all want to be understood. We all want something, and something is wished by us all.

8. Give up your need to impress others. Stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not just to make others like you. It doesn’t work this way. The moment you stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not, the moment you take off all your masks, the moment you accept and embrace the real you, you will find people will be drawn to you, effortlessly.

9. Give up your resistance to change. Change is good. Change will help you move from A to B. Change will help you make improvements in your life and also the lives of those around you. Follow your bliss, embrace change – don’t resist it.

10. Give up labels. Stop labeling those things, people or events that you don’t understand as being weird or different and try opening your mind, little by little. Minds only work when open. “The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don’t know anything about.” Wayne Dyer

11. Give up on your fears. Fear is just an illusion, it doesn’t exist – you created it. It’s all in your mind. Correct the inside and the outside will fall into place.

12. Give up your excuses. Send them packing and tell them they’re fired. You no longer need them. A lot of times we limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck, lying to ourselves, using all kind of excuses – excuses that 99.9% of the time are not even real.

13. Give up the past. I know, I know. It’s hard. Especially when the past looks so much better than the present and the future looks so frightening, but you have to take into consideration the fact that the present moment is all you have and all you will ever have. The past you are now longing for – the past that you are now dreaming about – was ignored by you when it was present. Stop deluding yourself. Be present in everything you do and enjoy life. After all life is a journey not a destination. Have a clear vision for the future, prepare yourself, but always be present in the now.

14. Give up attachment. This is a concept that, for most of us is so hard to grasp and I have to tell you that it was for me too, (it still is) but it’s not something impossible. You get better and better at with time and practice. The moment you detach yourself from all things, (and that doesn’t mean you give up your love for them – because love and attachment have nothing to do with one another, attachment comes from a place of fear, while love
 well, real love is pure, kind, and self less, where there is love there can’t be fear, and because of that, attachment and love cannot coexist) you become so peaceful, so tolerant, so kind, and so serene. You will get to a place where you will be able to understand all things without even trying. A state beyond words.

15. Give up living your life to other people’s expectations. Way too many people are living a life that is not theirs to live. They live their lives according to what others think is best for them, they live their lives according to what their parents think is best for them, to what their friends, their enemies and their teachers, their government and the media think is best for them. They ignore their inner voice, that inner calling. They are so busy with pleasing everybody, with living up to other people’s expectations, that they lose control over their lives. They forget what makes them happy, what they want, what they need
.and eventually they forget about themselves. You have one life – this one right now – you must live it, own it, and especially don’t let other people’s opinions distract you from your path.

Dear Tom,

How are you doing? As always, I thought I would share what week 2 on Shakeology was like. Week two is during PMS week. PMS has been a LOT easier this week.

Normally, I would have reeeely bad body swelling, cramps, explosive pain in the ovarian cysts, irritability, depression and joint/back pain. Oh, and bad migraines.

So far, all I have experienced during PMS week was a little bit of anxiety.

I have been able to think very clearly. Ok, except for the morning after that night that hubby kept me up talking drunk in his sleep. My back is usually fine with Shakeology, but again, I have so much energy that I forget I’m not superwoman yet and last weekend I strained my joints digging that garden bed. I can’t help but think if it were not for Shakeology that I would have been so sore that I could not have made it to work Monday.

I have had no major arguments with the spouse this PMS week. Since I can think clearly, it is much easier to communicate without freaking out or going off. Also, it is easier to shrug it off when he does dumbass things. haha.

No small towns have burned this week (lol).

Although, I am waiting for the red deluge to hit me, I am not having any heart palpitations nor major mental delusions of any kind.

Oh and the biggest thing? I have absolutely no desire to drink alcohol. I tried a beer on Sunday. There was no euphoric high as usual and it just kind of tasted boring. It made me tired. Most weeks, I have about 14 beers in a week. In the past week I had TWO and they were blah. My new “addiction” for whatever reason is carbonated water. It tastes soooo good. I have been drinking so much water that the water weight is shrinking. My joints are getting better and my back is easier to “pop” back into alignment on my own.

Tomorrow I am taking off work so I can see my ex-bro-in law play guitar tonight with this fun, weirdo band. Maybe I will dance because drinking isn’t really that fun anymore 🙂 Then I can sleep late and garden during the day. Wish me luck that I remember to take it in stride so I can get my onion bed and tomato bed planted before my seedlings kick it. haha.
