Just to recap; for next few weeks I am going to cover six basic
leadership fundamentals to help you grow your business.
The first fundamental lesson was getting you focused on
recruiting and sponsoring. Build an environment of success an environment of
winning and that is what will attract people to your business.
The second fundamental:
There are some things you can control and other
things you just can't.
People are people and they are going to do what
they want to do. Remember, this is a
volunteer army. And in
the volunteer army business, we attract part-time people.
Therefore, if you want to build and environment
of success, an environment of winning, then, I suggest that you work with
those that hold the same vision. Let go of those people that are holding you
back from your goals.
