Get Focused!
I just back from
Dallas, and we had a great meeting. The Dallas Coaches are motivated
and driven to increase the Coach population of
Texas.
The purpose of the trip was to do an Opportunity meeting and
work with the leadership on six fundamental skills to increase the
Coach force.
In the next six weeks, I will cover those fundamentals.
Recruiting is always on our minds, but we are never totally
focused on it. We talk about it, think about it, but never really know how to
act upon it.
