I made a BIG MISTAKE last night..

.. (no I’m not pregnant..LoL) that I’m forcing into something ridiculously positive that I’m CRAVING to do with YOU who are interested in being each others cheer leader through this.

I went out last night, had a couple of tall beers, and over ate on some greasy oily fried food. My heart rate became tachy and my energy waned.

I woke up this morning feeling like I desperately needed to purge myself of what I put into my body last night. Right out of bed I chugged a glass of water then did a dvd workout that was suppose to be an hour but took me over TWO hours to complete.

In the midst of the workout included one disgusting emergency trip to the bathroom and MANY pauses. I thought about stopping for the day only one time during the workout but decided to kick myself in the ass and just do whatever it took to complete it even if it took me more than double the amount of time to complete it, which it did. This made me nauseous which is the only reason it took me so long with soooooo many breaks and pauses.

I’m sipping ginger tea right now. Thank goodness for ginger. BEST thing ever for nauseous. Always keep some in your home!

It’s only the middle of February. What a GREAT TIME to get ahead of all the laggards out there who will wait til last minute to try and get in shape by summer.

I’m drawing a line in the sand and I’d LOVE for you to come with me. Let’s do this together. I’m in the trenches. Lets be in the trenches together. Cheering each other on, holding each other accountable, whatever it takes to support each other.

I already purchased my program and super foods shake. I don’t want to leave my wellness up to guess work so I’m following a program rather than doing my own thing. I want to do this with you who are serious about not leaving your wellness up to guess work either. Everything is spelled out all we have to do is show up. I already showed up today. I’m going to show up tomorrow and the day after that too. Show up with me let’s do this together. If you just want to focus on your nutrition and wait to do exercises that’s cool just pm me let’s figure out where your starting point is and what your goals are.
