Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you all had a nice summer along with a pleasant fall and downloaded my most recent release to this date, "Musical Orgasms". I have several things to go over in this Eyes of Fire Newsletter but the big news right now is that I have two new songs rather than a new album. For a long time to come I am probably going to do single songs at a time versus full albums at a time. With six full albums under my belt I feel good about doing one or two songs at a time for an un determined amount of time now. On to the new music! I have two new songs to publish. I am publishing one song today and the second probably sometime after the new year. My new piece is entitled: "Elizabeth Bathory Wake up and Die!" You can download for free at http://eyesoffire.net/demo/bathory.html Countess Elizabeth Bathory is an ill willed beast of a woman from early 17th Century Transylvania Hungary who systematically tortured, murdered and drained the blood of approximately six hundred and fifty young virgin girls in order to bath in and drink their blood in an effort to revitalize her aging body. I published the full story on my page. When I am out and about sometimes I give away Compilation CD's that I made which contain as many songs as I can cram on to one CD from each of my six albums. If you look at the main navigation bar on the left hand side of my eyesoffire.net page you will see a new "Interactive" link button which will take you here... http://www.eyesoffire.net/chatbox/chat.htm You will see a neat new banner at the top of the page that I recently made along with a new chat room which does not require any registration. You will also see the new Musical Orgasms Discussion forums and a Shout Box. The best thing about the Internet is the dynamic Interaction you can have with other users so the present and future of my website will place more focus on interaction amongst yourselves. One of my main passions in life is Food. Going along with the concept of Interaction and food I bought the domain name FoodForPleasure.us and pointed it to eyesoffire.net/foodforpleasureus until someday when FoodForPleasure.us has its own webspace. I haven't begun advertising Food For Pleasure yet, you are the first people to know about it. Before I advertise I need to do a little bit more work on it. If you look back to the main navigation bar on the left hand side of my eyesoffire.net website you will see another new link button called, "Theory". For one of my college classes I had to build a simple html website of my choice. I have been meaning to put together a Musical Theory website so that is what I did. Since then I have added more to it for when I moved it over to my site. Take a look at it... http://www.eyesoffire.net/theory/ You should notice that I didn't apply any specific instrument to my theory page, not even guitars. Music Theory can be applied to all instruments including vocals. I apply a universal understanding of Musical Theory when I write my own music. I am only a guitar player but I have to write for EVERY instrument. Without an understanding of a universal applied Musical Theory it would be really difficult to interpret my emotions into intelligible music with a goal to achieve musical orgasms. I got an A on my website project! I hand these out all the time and usually give people a choice of which "flavor" they would like. I have them available digitally as well and they also make nice little banners for advertising.
