Day 15 will be be the start date of your Challenge group =) Open your challenge group at least several days to a week or so before it actually starts so that you can be adding people to it up to the official start date. Before it officially kicks off you can talk, get to know each other, encourage, support, show each other how your purging the fridge and what yas are doing to get ready, share notes, encourage, whatever feels right =) Do searches on youtube for how to run successful Beachbody Challenge groups for great ideas from many very successful beachbody coaches. I personally have found most of my success by being human, not an expert, but figuring things out together and being each others cheerleader. That takes the pressure off of you so you don’t have to be made to feel like you’re going to have all the expert answers. I can make mistakes and share what I learn from my mistakes with my group! We are doing this together as real human beings. Not gurus! But of course we would always welcome a genuine guru too =)

And REPEAT! And Teach your coaches to apply and Teach this simple System to!
