Vegan Chorizo and Chickpeas

1 12 oz can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
2 tsp cumin
2 dashes black pepper
2 tbsp organic lemon juice
1 tsp Ethiopian pepper blend or your favorite curry
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp granulated toasted onion
1 tbsp chives

Add all ingredients to a pan on low heat for just a couple minutes while stirring and serve. This is delightfully savory and flavorful.
