105/71 is my Blood Pressure this morning with a resting Heart Rate of 45. Tomorrow is my 41st Birthday. I’m on ZERO medications. All of my joints feel spring loaded like when I was 12. No difference.
1. Plant based raw living food diet (follow my cooking show).
2. Plenty of deep rest.
3. Regular Anaerobic exercise (feel free to ask me about the on demand programs I do it’s a paid subscription service).
4. Stress about NOTHING no matter what sht show happens.
5. Give and Accept LOVE all day long.
6. How you think can over power how you eat. Nourish mind and body (Follow my youtube videos they are deeply philosophical).
7. My daily super foods shake (feel free to ask me for the link).
8. Passive and Residual money – decouples my time from my income so I can live stress free to do what I want with my time (work with me).
Draw a line in the sand and jump over with BOTH feet. It’s worth it. Not only does it impact your own life and solve your own problems but also the lives of other people around you.
