Juicing for Cold and Flu Killer
– Kale
– Lemon
– Ginger
– Asian Cucumber
– Pineapple
– Beat Greens
– Cayenne Pepper
– Garlic Cloves
Stove Top for Flu and Cold Killer
– 1 Heaping tbsp Raw unfiltered Honey preferably Local
– 1 tsp Turmeric
– 1 knuckle, or about 1 inch, of fresh grated Ginger Root
– Dash or two of cayenne pepper powder
