Amelia Renee Amish sweet tea. Now before you go crazy and go “omg that’s horrible!” hear me out. All it is, is fresh brewed tea made of mint leaves and raw honey to taste. Add more fresh mint leaves floating in the pitcher to give it stronger taste
Sharon Moran I usually use I combination of 4 green tea bags and 3 black tea bags-7 bags altogether-organic sugar (not white as some people do) or Honey (or a combo of organic sugar/honey together)
Sharon Moran To make the Scoby if I don’t have one use a bottle of GT Kombucha in with everything (1/2 of the bottle) you will after about 7-9 days see a translucent film start to form in the top (that’s a new baby scoby forming). Some scobies are really ugly with yeast floating off of the bottom of it, like a monster.
You can also make Hibiscus ? kombucha-it’s one of my favorites.
You can also make coffee kombucha with coffee and sugar and the scoby. It doesn’t taste like coffee it’s carbonated and a taste I I can’t describe.
