Chocolate O for Dessert Super Foods Shake

1 1/2 cup plant based milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp nut butter
1 1/2 tbsp cocao powder
1 tsp flax seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or monk fruit
1 banana semi ripe
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 serving of chocolate meal shake powder such as vega, sun warrior, or shakeology
1 to 2 pitted dates
dark leafy greens
chia seeds
cocao nibs sprinkled on top after blended

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend, and enjoy the best desert ever <3
