Toms Raw Kale Vegan Salad

I just made this one up this afternoon for something a little bit different for lunch.  I hit the nail right on the head my first time trying it so I wanted to share it with all of you!  Lots of super food ingredients to help activate and reactivate your body to enable its own natural healing mechanisms.  The healthy fat calories from the avocado will make you feel satiated longer.  Take note at how your energy is after eating something like this.  You’re going to find that you feel better, you have more natural energy, and better mental clarity and focus than you would after eating lots of meat or food with artificial ingredients in them.

– Kale
– Avocado
– Onion
– Tomato
– Artichoke
– Pitted Kalamata Olives
– Course Fresh Ground Pepper
– Cayenne Pepper Powder

Mash the avocado, chop up the onion, tamato and artichoke hearts how ever you’d like, cut the olives in halves or quarters, and rip apart the kale with your hands.  Combine all ingredients so far into a mixing bowl and stir.  Add Course fresh ground pepper and Cayenne pepper powder to taste.  You can even add some crystal Himalayan pink salt if you would like. Pretty quick and simple and even more so tasty!
